Nace el Programa de Desarrollo de Pilotos Pegaso

 Hola a todos. Visto el crecimiento de la comunidad española en los últimos tiempos, así como de nuestra Escudería Pegaso de Fórmula 1, hemos decidido crear una especie de 'academia de pilotos'. Será dirigida por mí, nicorz, con ayuda de Thisken y Keiyote, dos mánagers increíblemente experimentados y que aportarán todos sus conocimientos a la causa. La idea es hacer un seguimiento continuo de todos los miembros del Programa, ya sea de sus habilidades, como de su rendimiento en las series de temporada, teniendo también en cuenta variables como el rating, sus resultados en las Open Series y, en menor medida, las aportaciones realizadas cada temporada a Pegaso en forma de puntos de votación. Para ello, haremos uso de una hoja Excel que mostraremos en el próximo comunicado de prensa. Al mismo tiempo, iremos aportando consejos más personalizados a cada mánager, más o menos como ya vengo haciendo con muchos de vosotros por privado. La guía comunitaria está muy bien, pero no contempla según qué situaciones que se os puedan presentar puntualmente. Y aunque lo básico está bastante bien asentado, sí he visto que esos casos que menciono unas líneas más arriba os cuesta un poco más verlos claros. El objetivo del Programa es acompañar el progreso demostrado por Pegaso y el que está por venir para que no tengamos que depender de las voluntades de otros a la hora de contratar pilotos. Con el potencial que tiene nuestro país, el de la pequeña comunidad latinoamericana, y el del resto de extranjeros que quieran unirse, tendremos de sobra. A día de hoy y, a falta de saber quiénes quieren ser tenidos en cuenta para la academia, hay 36 pilotos en nuestra lista, incluyendo a todos los pilotos españoles creados correctamente antes del día 1 de la temporada 57, a todos los pilotos de los accionistas del equipo, y a varios pilotos internacionales de 18-19 años a los que he estado ayudando en los últimos tiempos. La única condición para formar parte del Programa será pertenecer al club de fans de Pegaso. Por último y, de cara a facilitar la comunicación entre todos más 'en tiempo real', he creado un servidor en Discord para el equipo. Todavía no tiene nada pero lo suyo sería dividirlo en varios canales, unos con información sobre el equipo en general y otros sobre esta 'academia'.
